CAGA Certified Appraisals

With the increased demand for certified appraisals by the court system, banking & insurance industry; we can meet your needs when you require a certified appraisal.  Currently, we have two certified personal property and equipment appraisers on staff.

Our appraisal specialty areas include: bankruptcy, valuation of personal property for estates and divorces, insurance valuation, classic and antique automobiles, farm equipment, light industrial equipment, businesses, and recreational vehicles for casualty loss and loan valuations.

We are members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.  CAGA members are required to attend specialized training on the uniform standards of professional appraisal practices (USPAP) and cover areas of personal property appraisal practices and appraisal report writing skills, with special emphasis on Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements, estate and gift appraisals, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss.

As members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America we have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild's Code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, USPAP.
