Buyer's premiums have been used for nearly 30 years and has become a normal business practice around the world in the auction industry. Our observations have shown us there is very little or no difference in the buyer's buying habits when a buyer's premium is used. We believe that a buyer's premium should only be used in areas where it is an accepted practice.
