Daily's Market & Deli Jeffersonville, Indiana has lost their building lease and we have been commissioned to sell to the walls the equipment and inventory the owners are not wishing to relocate to their other facilities. In addition, the liquor store next door has also consigned some of their equipment to this auction (sorry no liquor inventory). In the deli there are 4, 5 door display cooler/freezer units, a kool-kraft walk-in cooler, two henny penny deep fryers, stainless steel prep tables, stainless steel 3 compartment sinks, vented hood, Hobart scale, Hobart meat slicer, an ice maker, drop safes, check out counters, display cases, store shelving, display racking, security system and other items related to the grocery and deli business. We will offer everything down to the bare walls. Bring your coolers, bring a friend everything will be sold, can goods, cleaning supplies, frozen foods, dry goods, everything that is in the store will be sold.

Terms of purchase: All potential bidders must present a valid form of identification at time of registration in order to receive a bidder's number. All equipment will be sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied by the sellers, auction company or any representatives thereof. All items will be sold as-is with no warranty, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. It shall the responsibility of the potential buyer to investigate all issues of the property prior to bidding to determine suitability, form, function, and serviceability of any proposed item prior to the bidding process. All buyers shall make full payment on day of auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified checks or a personal check (local banks only) only when accompanied by a bank letter of guarantied credit identifying the level of credit available to the buyer must be presented at time of registration. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. Company checks must also be accompanied with a letter of purchase authorization on company letterhead addressed to the auction company. The auction company will accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment upon credit card verification. Indiana State Sales Tax of 6% will be collected on all purchases as required by Indiana Law. A Indiana State Sales Tax Exemption Form must be presented at time of registration. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of auction and all items shall be removed at the conclusion of the auction or as agreed to by the seller. Additional terms may be addressed at time of auction and all announcements made on day of sale shall take precedence over all previous announcements oral or written.
