Trains, Toys & Collectibles Auction: McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Service is honored to have the opportunity to offer to the public for the first time this wonderful train, and collection from a Louisville Area Collection.  We will have many spectacular hard to find train pieces in both orginial and reconditioned states.  Nearly all items in this auction will be sold at absolute auction to the highest bidder.   We will have items from several other consigners and if you would like to add something to this auction please give us a call before the September 5th deadline.  In this auction we will have several pieces of trains from a train collector of nearly 75 years.

Terms:  All sales are final, all items sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied and with no refunds or exchanges.  The Auction Company or the sellers do not warranty any item and it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to determine suitability, form and function on all items purchased. Announcements made on auction day will take precedence over all previous announcements, No items shall be removed until paid for, and all items will be removed as arranged with the principal auctioneer.  Payments shall be in cash, certified checks, and verified bank drafts as well as good Local Checks with acceptable ID from currently registered buyers, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover and American Express and PayPal will be the only form of accepted payment by Internet bidders/buyers.  Without exception all company checks must be accompanied with a letter of authorization of purchase on company letterhead addressed to the Auction Company.  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be collected on all purchases for this auction  Absentee bids will be accepted via phone bids, fax bids, email and other electronic media with prior regristration and approval with the auction comapny when submitted with a full payment in advance for the absentee bid, losing bidders payments shall be refunded less a $25 processing fee per absentee bid item.  State sales taxes collected without a valid Indiana or Kentucky Sales Tax Exemption Form presented by the buyer at time of bidder registration.    Items will be offered in order of the catalog with additioanl items may be sold in between cataloged items.  Additional terms and conditions may apply to Internet bidders and all announcements made at time of live auction will take precedence over all previously printed announcements.  There many be additional uncataloged items consigned in this auction.
