Auction Terms: This is an absolute multi-parcel auction. The property will be sold as-is and each parcel will be offered individually and with the seller and auctioneer reserving the right to make multiple combinations with the highest total sum for the property will be final. Each sucessful buyer will be required to provide a non refundable down payment of $5,000 per individual parcel purchased at time of auction. Total down payment requirement between all buyers will be $15,000 in certified funds. Balance of the final purchase price must be paid to the seller at closing within 30 days from date of the auction. Property taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller at time of closing. A staked survey will be prorated between the buyers of the individual parcels on a prorated basis. Additional terms may be announced by the auctioneers at time of auction. All announcements made at time of auction will take precedence over all previous oral or written announcements. The down payments must be in certified funds and made payable to the auction company at time of auction. Cashier’s check, certified check or a local personal check with a bank letter of guaranteed credit addressed to the auction company must be presented by the successful buyer(s) at the conclusion of the auction.
