We are proud to be given this opportunity to offer the property of the Donald Deason, Estate at public auction. This bi-level home offers 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, a family room w/ fireplace, dining area, living room, attached garage, and an outside storage building. The home has had a brand new roof installed within the last month. Personal items include a dining room table & chairs (handmade in Spain), a sectional, a nice bar, bar stools (made in Spain), round table & metal chairs; coke-cola style chairs, several pieces of reproduction artwork, and many items from Spain. Several pieces of artwork are oil painted copies of the original artwork; many are of the works of Francisco José de Goya y Lucientes. There will be several pieces of alabaster, appliances, patio furniture, bar, & stools, Zippo lighters, Zippo pen, Christmas village items, the garage and workshop are loaded with tools and wood working items, impact wrenches, air compressor, jack stands, floor jack, chop saw, table top saw, small drill press, router, sander/buffer, cordless drills, saws all, aluminum extension ladder, garage & shop items, and many Craftsman items: tool chest & box end wrenches’, 3/8 & 1/2 inch drive sockets, Snapper rear engine rider, an electric Lawn Boy push mower, appliances, computer equipment, printers & more. There is way too much to mention.

Personal Property Terms:  Cash, Visa & MasterCard.  We will accept a $500 deposit on the Chrysler with a certified check for the balance due at time of transfer.

Real EstateTerms:  The property will be offered as-is with no warrenty, refunds or exchanges, the bidder shall post a $5000 non-refundable deposit on the property at time of auction.  There are no buyer’s premiums associated with this purchase.  What you bid is what you shall pay in addition to your own closing fees and your share of the prorated property taxes.  Balance of the final purchase price must be paid to the seller at closing within 30 days from date of the auction.  Property taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller at time of closing.  Additional terms may be identified by the auctioneers at time of auction.  All announcements made at time of auction will take precedence over all previous oral or written announcements. All down payments must be in certified funds and made payable to the auction company at time of auction.  It shall be the buyers responsibility to determine the suitability, form and function of any property offered at auction and the property will be sold, as-is without any buyer’s contingencies. Property will be made available for inspections, including Lead Based Paint during the inspection period beginning October 5, 2011 and all inspections must be coordinated through the auction company and by appointments only.  Public preview of the property will be on Sunday, October 9,  2 -5 PM.  Bidders may pre register with the auction company during the open house period and one hour before the auction. Certified Checks or a Bank Cashier’s Check Only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted without prior approval from the principal auctioneer prior to the opening for bids.  The estate reserves the right to confirm the final bid.  John McGinnis, Principal Auctioneer, AU19600081, Fran Evola, Broker, Mark Deason, Executor.
