We have been commissioned by the Special Administrator, Matthew Jacobs, Attorney to offer this property at public auction.  The final sale may be subject to court approval.  The property at 316 E. Park Place offers 2 bedrooms, full bath, living room and an eat-in kitchen.  This brick home had a new roof installed in 2006; there is a full basement and a detached garage.  The home is in need of repairs and updates.  The property will be sold to settle the Estate of Agnes Varble, Matt Jacobs, Special Administrator. 


Real Estate Terms: There will be a $5,000 non-refundable down payment made at time of auction. Cash, cashier’s check or a good local personal check, with a bank letter of guaranteed credit addressed to the auction company, must be presented to the auction company before the bidding process begins.  Balance of the final purchase price must be presented at closing within 30 days from the day of auction. All property taxes will be prorated at time of closing.  Any back taxes due will be the responsibility of the estate.
