Personal Property:  Mrs. Jenkins attended several auctions throughout the years and we will have many items that she purchased.  There will be several Ray Harm prints, antiques, furniture, silver, crystal, pottery, an entertainment center, area rugs, a new lift chair, occasional tables, computer desk, floral print sofa & chair, several lamps, (antique & modern) and a washer & dryer in this auction.  In addition to the Ray Harm prints there are Paul Sawyer, Guy Coheleach, Edith Day, and several other pieces of framed artwork. Waterford crystal, Wedgewood, Roseville, and several pices of porcelain, several stone jars in various sizes.  A single sleigh bed, green glass lamps, Lamoge hand painted tea cups and much more.  Terms on Personal Property:  Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and prior approved local checks, no premiums, state tax collected when required.  We strongly suggest parking of vehicles during the auction at the shopping center, parking in Canterbury is very limited and should be reserved for loading purchases from the auction.

 Real Estate Buyer’s terms: 

There will be a $10,000 non-refundable down payment made at time of auction. Cash, cashier’s check or a good local personal check, with a bank letter of guaranteed credit addressed to the auction company, must be presented to the auction company before the bidding process begins.  Balance of the final purchase price must be presented at closing within 30 days from the day of auction.
