*** If you are looking for a vehicle that you can drive today, get insurance, have keys, tags, registration and a clear title; this is not the auction for you to attend!!!  These are mostly junk vehicles SOLD ONLY for junk, scrap metal, or parts only.  The Metro Government does not warrenty these vehicles or issue any type of title.  ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS.

Any vehicle may be pulled from the auction at the descreation of Metro Government.

TERMS:  ****** THE KENTUCKY REVENUE CABINET REQUIRES THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX ON ALL IMPOUND VEHICLES SOLD DURING THESE AUCTIONS.  A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE/TAX EXEMPT FORM MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF BIDDER REGISTRATION INORDER TO BE EXEMPT FROM PAYING SALES TAX.  IF YOU ARE A DEALER, PARTS WHOLESELLER, OR AN INDIVIDUAL BUYING TO RESALE YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATION FORMS AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.  ALL PERSONS BUYING FOR PERSONAL USE WILL PAY SALES TAX AND THOSE PERSONS/COMPANIES WHO DO NOT PRESENT PROPER FORMS/CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO BIDDING WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX.  OUT OF STATE BUYERS MUST PRESENT THEIR OUT-OF-STATE FORMS TO BE EXEMPT FROM PAYING TAX.  THE METRO GOVERNMENT WILL BE COLLECTING TAX AS REQUIRED AT ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS.******

TERMS:

There will be an additional $20 surcharge per vehicle purchased paid to Metro City Government, beginning January 4, 2010.

  1. *** All Auction Vehicles are sold for salvage/parts only.***  Metro Louisville Government and or the Auction Company will not assist in obtaining any title or license for vehicles sold at these auctions. In addition some vehicles may have a lender's lien against them, and any vehicle may be removed from the auction inventory list at anytime.  All vehicles & items sold at auction will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warrantees or guarantees, no titles, and any vehicle purchased from these auctions will be at the risk of the buyer.  Kentucky State Sales Tax will be collected as required at time of purchase.
  2. Neither Metro Louisville Government nor the Auction Company will be responsible for accidents and all parties entering the impound facility does so at their own free will and personal risk. 
  3. Bid numbers will be issued from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM on the day of auction.
  4. A current valid identification must be presented at time of bidder registration in order to obtain a bidder’s number.  New bidder numbers may be assigned for each auction. 
  5. Without exception all purchases must be paid in full on the day of auction.  Purchase receipts will be ready immediately after the auction unless announced differently. 
  6. Payments will be made to Metro Louisville Government and not to the Auction Company.  Full payments plus appropriate sales tax when required, will be accepted in the form of cash, Visa & Master Card or a good local company check.
  7. All purchases must be paid for in full before vehicles or items removed from the impound lot and the receipt must be available for review upon request by impound lot personnel.
  8.  All vehicles/purchases must be removed from the impound facility before 5:00 PM on the Wednesday after the auction.  Any vehicle/item left after that time is subject to impoundment and a storage charge may be assessed.
  9. At the close of bidding, buyers are responsible for protecting their merchandise from damage or theft.  Vehicle Impoundment and or the Auction Company assume no responsibility for any loss or damage.
  10. No work is to be done on any vehicle while on the Impound Lot.
  11. No alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons of any kind are allowed on the lot.
  12. No dumping of trash, tires or car parts, anyone caught dumping will be barred from the lot.
  13. No one allowed on the lot after dark.
  14. No one under 18 is allowed on the lot.
  15. Any bidder who does no pay for their bids will be excluded from the auction for 6 months.
  16. All vehicles are sold, as-is, where-is, with no warranty, no refunds, no exchanges, no vehicle title, and some vehicles may be sold with a lender's lien. 
  17. Additional terms may be announced at time of auction.
  18. Kentucky State Sales Taxes will be collected as required/when required and a vaild resale certificated or a valid tax exemption form must be presented at time of bidder registration inorder to be exempt from paying the appropriate tax.
  19. Vehicles may be pulled from the auction at any time to meet the needs of Metro Government.  Metro Government & the Auction Company reserves the right to refuse anyone from the auction for non payment on past auction purchases.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION; ALL VEHICLES WILL BE SOLD, AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO TAGS, NO TITLES, AND SOME VEHICLES MAY BE SOLD BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT WITH A LENDER'S LIEN, VEHICLES ARE SOLD FOR PARTS AND OR SCRAPE & SALVAGE ONLY.  ALL VEHICLES PURCHASED WILL BE BOUGHT SOLELY AT THE RISK OF THE BUYER.

Vehículo Confisca Subasta Pública

Las subastas son sostenidas en 10:00AM el 1r y 3r lunes de cada mes, incluso algunas vacaciones. Las subastas adicionales los lunes alternos pueden ser anunciadas.

 

Los Vehículos de Subasta son vendidos por partes de salvamento. El Metro Gobierno de Louisville no asistirá en la obtención de ningún título o licenciará para vehículos vendidos en la subasta. Además, algunos vehículos pueden tener embargos preventivos contra ellos. Todos los vehículos y los artículos vendidos en subasta son vendidos como es, donde está sin warrantees o garantías y es vendido en el riesgo del comprador.

 

ALGUIEN ENTRANDO EN LA PARTE DE SUBASTA HACE ASÍ EN SU PROPIO RIESGO.

Reglas de Subasta

1.        Los números de oferta serán publicados de 8:00AM-10:00AM el día de la subasta. Los números de oferta permanentes pueden ser adjudicados después de que una compra ha sido hecha y un permiso de conducir válido o ID de cuadros ha sido presentado.

2.        Todas las compras deben ser pagadas para el día de la subasta - Ningunas excepciones. Los pagos serán aceptados después de que el oficinista ha preparado los recibos (aproximadamente 1 hora después del final de la subasta). Todos los controles deben emparejar el nombre en el recibo de subasta.

3.        Todas las compras deben ser pagadas para antes de vehículos o los artículos son quitados de la parte. Todas las personas que quitan vehículos deben hacer que una subasta válida dé recibo y presente este recibo al personal de Embargo de ser solicitado.

6.        Ningún trabajo debe ser hecho en cualquier vehículo mientras en nuestra parte.

7.        Ningún alcohol, medicinas ilegales o armas de cualquier clase son permitidos en la parte.

8.        Ningún vertido de basura, neumáticos o partes de coche. Alguien agarró el vertido será excluido de la parte.

9.        No permiten nadie en la parte después del anochecer.. 

10.     No permiten nadie bajo 18 en la parte.

11.     Cualquier pastor que no paga para sus ofertas será excluido de la subasta durante 6 meses.
