The auction will start at 10:00 AM with the personal property and we will sell the house within the hour.  Personal property consist of living room furniture a nice bedroom suit with double bed, double dresser and a chest of drawers.  There are several items and games from the 60's and several glass figurines.  Bar items, old skate board from the 60's, an old spring board rocking horse from the 60's, pump BB gun, pots, pans, dishes, kitchen items, appliances, TV, an old Philco stereo, Christmas items, decorations and much more.

 Real Estate Buyer’s terms: there will be a $5,000 non-refundable deposit made at time of auction, cash, cashier’s check or a good local personal check with a bank letter of guaranteed credit addressed to the auction company must be presented to the auction company before the bidding process begins.  Balance of the final purchase price must be presented at closing within 30 days from the day of auction. All property taxes will be prorated at time of closing.  Additional terms may be announced at time of auction and all announcements made on day of auction shall take precedence over all previous announcements.  The property will be sold as-is with no warranty, refunds or exchanges.  The property will be sold at absolute auction.  It shall be the bidder's responsibility to determine suitability of the property prior to the bidding process.  The property will be sold with no contingencies.  All inspections including Lead Based Paint inspection period to begin October 1, 2008.  Real estate only will be available for inspections or preview beginning October 1, and an open house for the real estate will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2 - 4 PM, there is no preview of the personal property until the day of auction.   Watch this website for details.  For additional information or to schedule a real estate inspection appointment during the scheduling period please call: John McGinnis, Auctioneer at 502-458-4815, 812-282-7253.  Ernest W.
