Many of you may have already heard that we have sold our facility to our neighbor Dr. Steven Neeley and we are getting out of the auction house business. We are not getting out of the auction business. We will continue our on-site auction services specializing in estates, real estate, business liquidations and surplus equipment auctions. Will another auction facility be in our future, only time will tell? Fran, Juli & I would like to thank all of you who visited our facility and want you to know we could not have done what we did without you our valued customer & consignors. All will be missed but we hope to see you all at one of our on-site auctions.

Auction house contents: Auditorum style seating (approximately 70 seats) 2 display cases, public address system, speakers, 10 - 8' folding tables, folding table cart, metal folding chairs, 2 - folding chair carts, wheeled carts, trash cans, plastic storage bins, metal shelving units, and much more including chairs, a nice rice bed, mattress & box springs, china, silverware, clown dolls, Lane cedar chest, wicker basket, wicker room screen, FireKing jadette mixing bowls, entertainement center, dining room chairs, Snapper riding mower - runs but needs work, Toro rear bagger push mower, rear tine garden tiller, ladders, old coins, American & Indiana State Flags, TVs, old phonograph cabinet, InsightVision System, dorm size frig, nice wooden desks, old coins, glassware, and tons of other stuff. 1988 GMC 26' U-Haul truck, gas 366CI, 1983 County Coach motorhome, and much more.
