Items include but not limited to: Silver coins, Kennedy, Roosevelt halves & silver dollars, Liberty dimes & halves, an old stamp collection, newer Fiesta ware, small appliances, a nice looking side by side refrigerator, sofa, loveseat, curio cabinet, china, stainless steel cookware, framed artwork, old stoneware, sleeper sofa w/ matching loveseat, a 30’s kitchen table, maple kitchen table & chairs and matching hutch, waterfall bedroom set, like new mattress & box springs, old pottery items.  A Singer sewing machine, several smalls, and several box lots, plus much more.   Items arriving daily.  Doors will open at 11:30 on Sunday, preview Friday afternoon 1 - 5 PM, Sorry - No Saturday preview

We will be having an auction at 7901 Seebolt on Saturday.

Terms:  All items sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, refunds or exchanges, all items must be paid for in full on day of auction; before items are removed from the facility.  We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card credit cards.  Good local checks with postitive identification will be accepted.  No buyer’s premium in force for this auction and the Indiana Sales tax exemption forms must be presented at time of bidder registration.  Kentucky exemption forms accepted. All information about the consigned auction items is believed to be accurate and it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to determine suitability, form and function of the items before placing a bid.  Items may be deleted from the auction at the discretion of the seller.  Additional terms and announcements may be made at time of auction and all terms made by the principal auctioneer shall take precedence over all previous announcements.  McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Service Auction Center, Indiana License AH20500025, John McGinnis, Principal Auctioneer, AU19600081.  McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Service specializing in Estate Liquidations, Real Estate, Business Liquidation and Surplus Equipment Auctions; Providing Certified Appraisals for antiques, personal property, commercial and business equipment.  Absentee bids welcome and may be left with the cashier during the preview period.
