Antiques, Clocks, Nautical, and Collectibles & Other Oddities: McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Service is honored to have the opportunity to offer to the public this large assortment of antiques, nautical items, collectibles and other oddities, items include but not limited to Howard Miller clocks, grandmother clocks, Regulator clocks, Seth Thomas, Cookoos, Dwarf Clocks and others. Nautical items, a 6' ship's wheel, a smaller ship's wheel w/ solid brass helm post, a solid brass helm's drive station, brass air intakes, brass port holes, hatches & covers, ships clocks, barometer, miniture brass dive helmet, model ships; paddle wheeler, model sail boats, old mercantile produce scales, old store clerking items, a small wooden carved cigar store indian, brass coin changer, large brass National Cash Register, small National cash register, patent and/or engineering models, telescopes, old tripod camera, a small dog/goat cart, antiques wooden display case, a barristers case section, 1800's newspaper from New York, Kentucky Derby items, kitchen table & chairs, Nappanee (Hoosier style) kitchen cabinet.   Additionally, we will have some costume jewelry, Lenox crystal pieces, Indiana glassware Depression glass, old lamps and other items.  PREVIEW: FRIDAY 1 - 5 PM - DOORS OPEN AT 11:30 ON SUNDAY.

Terms:  All sales are final, all items sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied and with no refunds or exchanges.  The Auction Company or the sellers do not warranty any item and it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to determine suitability, form and function on all items purchased. Announcements made on auction day will take precedence over all previous announcements, No items shall be removed until paid for, and all items will be removed as arranged with the principal auctioneer.  Payments shall be in cash, certified checks, and verified bank drafts as well as good Local Checks with acceptable ID from currently registered buyers, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover and American Express, PayPal and certified checks with a bank letter of credit will be the only form of accepted payment by Internet bidders/buyers.  Without exception all company checks must be accompanied with a letter of authorization of purchase on company letterhead addressed to the Auction Company.  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be collected on all purchases at this auction.  Indiana State sales taxes will be collected without a valid Indiana Sales Tax Exemption Form or Indiana Tax Identification number presented by the buyer at time of bidder registration, bidding and final purchase.  Items will be offered in order of the catalog with additional items may be sold in between cataloged items.  Additional terms and conditions may apply to Internet bidders and all announcements made at time of live auction will take precedence over all previously printed announcements. There many be additional uncataloged items consigned in this auction. Additional terms will apply to all proxibid participants.
