There will be Apple computer items, audio/visual equipment, desks, tables, cafeteria/kitchen items, Vulcan stack ovens, Bakeease Mixer, 3 door coolers, chemical items, stainless steel counters, metal shelving units, copy machines, printers, monitors, scanners, office items, electronics, stack chairs, and much more including 2 portable classroom (24x36) located at the Highland Middle School, off Norris Place & Eastern Parkway.  

Terms of purchase:  All potential bidders must present a valid form of identification at time of registration in order to receive a bidder's number. All equipment will be sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied by the JCPS, auction company or any representatives thereof. All items will be sold as-is with no warranty, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. It shall the responsibility of the potential buyer to investigate all issues of the property prior to bidding to determine suitability, form, function, and serviceability of any proposed item prior to the bidding process. All buyers shall make full payment on day of auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified checks or a good personal check drawn on local banks only, or on any bank who has a branch bank located in the Louisville Metro Area, sorry no exceptions.  Company checks must also be on a local bank and must be accompanied with a letter of purchase authorization on company letterhead addressed to the auction company. The auction company will accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment upon credit card verification. All vehicle & portable classroom purchases must be paid for in full with cash or check.  Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6% will be collected on all purchases as required by Kentucky Law. A Kentucky State Sales Tax Exemption Form must be presented at time of registration. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of auction and all items shall be removed at the conclusion of the auction or as agreed to by the Jefferson County Public Schools. Any item may be withdrawn from the sale at the discretion of the school system. Additional terms may be addressed at time of auction and all announcements made on day of sale shall take precedence over all previous announcements oral or written.
