Terms: Properties will be offered individually and combined in multiple configurations with the highest method of sale being final. Each individual parcel will require a non refundable payment of $10,000 per parcel, or $30,000 for the entirety. There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to determine the final contract purchase price between the buyer and the seller on each parcel purchased. Balance of the final purchase price must be paid to the seller at closing within 30 days from date of the auction. Property taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller at time of closing. The property survey will be a shared expense between the buyers on a prorated basis on each tract purchased. Seller's shall pay deed preperation and the seller's portion of the prorated taxes, all other closing expense shall be at the expense of the buyers. Additional terms may be identified by the auctioneers at time of auction. All announcements made at time of auction will take precedences over all previous oral or written announcements.
